Terms of Use
Last updated October 2, 2026
These terms apply to Furora's apps: the Furora staff app on the web, Furora for iPhone, Furora TV (on Roku, Google TV and Fire TV) and Furora Reception. Furora is published by Lillian Ruff Pet Spa LLC, New York, United States ("we", "us"). By using these apps you agree to these terms.
1 Who May Use Furora
Furora is for businesses that have a Furora account and for the staff those businesses authorize. Furora TV and Furora Reception show a business's content only after the business pairs them from its Furora account.
2 Accounts
Keep your sign-in private. A business is responsible for who it gives access to, the permissions it grants, and what happens under its staff's accounts.
3 The Business's Information
A business's records belong to that business. The business is responsible for having the right to collect its customers' information and for telling its customers how it uses it. We handle that information only to provide Furora, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4 Acceptable Use
Do not use Furora for anything unlawful, to send messages people have not agreed to receive, to get around its security or permissions, or to interfere with its operation. Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the apps.
5 Other Services
Some features rely on other companies, such as card payments, text messages and app stores. Their own terms apply to those services.
6 Changes to Furora
We update the apps to improve them and to keep them secure, and features may change. We aim to keep Furora available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7 Disclaimer
Furora is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from the use of Furora.
9 Ending Use
A business may stop using Furora at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
10 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11 Changes to These Terms
If these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Furora after that means you accept the changes.
